Recipe for "Turkey Meatball Munster Curry"

- Your favorite Curry Sauce in a jar (Whole Foods or Trader Joes)
- Add curry sauce and meatballs to sauce pan cook on low heat
- Chop to your preferrence and relative proportions: red bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic
- Sautee above in olive oil
- Once sautee is reduced where ingredients are slightly carmelized ADD to sauce pan with turkey meatballs and curry sauce
- Add cubes of munster cheese and cook all ingredients on low heat for about 2 minutes where cheese is still in cube form
- Once on the plate add fresh cilantro on top
